My recent stay at Alfa Superieur in Leukerbad exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and efficient check-in process set a positive tone for our visit. The spacious room, at 40m2, was tastefully decorated with stunning mountain views from the balcony-an ideal spot for enjoying lunch while soaking in the alpine scenery.The culinary experience at the hotel restaurant was a highlight of our stay. The junior chef personally curated a daily changing 4-course menu, showcasing exquisite specialties like the renowned Cordon Bleu and succulent Entrecote. The charming restaurant, with its bar, winter garden, and terrace, provided a cozy ambiance to savor each dish. Our evenings were elevated by an aperitif selection featuring luxurious Cornalin, fruity Pinot Noir, and spicy Syrah. The impeccable service and emphasis on regional quality ingredients, whether for meat, fish, or fresh vegetables, truly impressed us.As a lover of gourmet experiences, Alfa Superieur's attention to detail and commitment to culinary innovation have secured its place as my top choice in Leukerbad for future visits. Plus, the option to enjoy the impressive breakfast buffet or upgrade to half board makes it a convenient and enticing choice for travelers seeking a well-rounded Alpine getaway.
